Dr. Servin Rathi
Hello, I am Dr. Rathi, working in the field of semiconductor device physics covering fabrication, measurement, simulations and modeling of various device architechtures like Double Gate HEMTs, Field-Plate tech. for high power devices. For last few years, I have been working on the novel 2D materials like graphene and the family of transition metal dichalcogenides like MoS2, WSe2, HfSe2 etc for fabricating devices like diodes, FETs, barristors, gas and photo-sensors. Besides the room-temperature measurements, low-temperature measurements for carrier transport is also under -going as new projects.
